I just finished my October newsletter to send out to all my clients. One section that I am particularly happy with is the Excellent service awards..
I’m not trying to necessarily endorse any one business over another…I’m just trying to start recognizing folks who are bending over backwards to provide their customers with great service. I know personally how satisfying it can be to see or hear about someone who brags about your great service. I know how hard we work to earn our clients referrals and testimonials….and I can only imagine that these folks will appreciate some positive attention.
If you have someone who provided you with exceptional service…put a smile on your face…went above and beyond the call of duty, etc. Please send me a quick email and I’d love to give them some recognition in my blog, newsletter, etc. I love to hear good stories about anyone giving great service. Who knows…maybe there’s a lesson to be learned each time we receive stellar service.
