Nope, none of the above, no great secrets to uncover here. Although we do offer the best rates in town for 2 out of 3 people who call us for pennsylvania auto insurance quotes. That really is an impressive number when you consider all the competition out there. Bragging ? nope…no real need to brag about low prices, we all know how quickly that can change. Fortunately for our clients, we are always “at the ready” to shop their insurance if it does happen. When I read some of the testimonials we get every week from happy clients I have to look around and be proud of all the hard work the ladies in my office do. Callbacks…You can’t believe how many new clients sign up simply because we returned their calls so promptly. It’s not brain surgery, we simply asked our clients years ago what frustrated them about insurance agents and not getting called back was a huge pain. So…we made it our policy to call everyone back the same day.
Discounts…Many times we’ve been able to find clients discounts with the exact same company that other agents had them insured with and give them a much lower price as a result. Again, simply a little extra work and we make a client happy…many times happy enough to refer a friend our way.
