I, Diane Allbright, have been very happy with Williams Agency. Do to the fact that I run a care home, I have to carry enough insurance coverage. When I came there they saved me $1,500 per year. And now a few years later they have been very personal to adjust my insurance again and not overcharge but give me just what I need. Thank you Williams Agency.

When I requested a car insurance quote from Polly Dehner, I inadvertently supplied her with the VIN for my 94 Dodge Shadow instead of the 95 Dodge Neon I required coverage upon. After receiving the quote, I noticed my error and requested that Polly complete another quote for the Neon. As any good professional does, Polly took this in stride and provided me with another quote the same day. Further, she explained my current coverages and advised me that they were too low, then increased my coverage while still lowering my annual automobile insurance costs.

The Williams Agency has saved me money and time. When my car insurance went up, I got a call from my insurance agent, telling me she found an insurance company with cheaper rates and quality service. I have been with the Williams Insurance Agency for several years now and I am very impressed with their service and commitment to their customers. Their rates are much lower than any other company I’ve been with. In fact, they even called me and showed me how I could save more money on my insurance. No other company would ever do that. I just really believe they want their customers satisfied.

I was in the middle of buying a home and was shopping around for the best car/home insurance combo with one company. Erie came out on top. Other agencies wanted to have the car with one company and the home with another. I wanted a package deal so I chose Williams. Thanks!
